This late afternoon, 5ive of us have paid a sudden visit to Australia's largest & most traditionally designed Japanese stroll garden. Its elements of mountain stream & waterfall, Dry Garden, central lake, Azalea Hill, 3 kilometers of paths, 230 species of Japanese & Australian native trees & plants, & lawns combine in a seamless & restful harmony.
There, you'll get to feed bread to the fishes, swans, ducks, geese... It is also known as a popular venue for spring weddings & some other functions but you have to make an earlier booking to the authorized personnel. The garden is open daily from 7a.m. to 7p.m. with free admission.
