The cafe restaurant at the Cube Hotel offers a unique interactive dining experience where diners' meals are served cooking at the table on super-heated natural volcanic stones with high heat retention, which simply means stone grill, in short. We came here with another few friends of us for lunch this afternoon, and the meals we ordered weren't really expensive at all, even though it was a public holiday today!

Lunch Barramundi on the Stone
A benchmark for texture and flavor in Australian dining, this firm white flesh fish on the stone is an experience not to be missed, served with chips and lemon.
