What's Easter without eggs and bunnies, the powerful symbols of fertility and new life? Originally, Easter eggs were boiled hard and hand painted with bright colours to represent the sunlight of spring and were used in Easter-egg rolling contests or given as gifts. But these days, Easter eggs are most likely made of chocolate, making them popular Easter treats among the kids.
My boi and I got two Lindt Gold Bunnies from Coles this afternoon, one brown-ribbon bunny (dark chocolate) and one red-ribbon bunny (milk chocolate) with two little bells hanging around their necks.
Tomorrow onwards, we'll be having four-day Easter and ANZAC holidays, still have no idea what we'd be doing since most of the places will be closed. What about you guys? Any good plans at all?

happy Easther day :)
