I pre-marinated some ground pork last night with seasoning like white pepper, salt, chicken broth, tapioca starch, egg and sesame oil. The outcome was delightfully delicious, not to mention its crisp and crunchiness after deep-frying.
Delectable golden-brown meatballs fresh out of the wok!
Decorated with 4 butter lettuce leaves (for plating) and some chilli sauce on top.
