Can you tell what's on these two plates that I was holding? They are my most very much favorite ever caviar and flying fish roe!!! We returned to Hana Japanese Sushi Restaurant with Frank tonight for a little catch-up dinner. Our last visit here was about 5 months ago, when the restaurant first opened its doors in February this year. Oh my, how time flies! We've already came to the second half of 2012. According to the 12-21-2012 prophecy, we'll only get to live for another 5 more months before the world ends, or not =p
The sushi train (♥♥,) Best in Toowoomba, yet still can't compete with those in Brissie and elsewhere.
Mr. Choo playing with his iPhone, while waiting for Frank to join us.
We had hot green tea this time. They are refillable, as in free-flow!
#1 Raw Squid Nigiri-zushi.
#2 Raw Salmon Nigiri-zushi.
#3 Jelly Fish and Sharkfin Gunkanmaki.
#4 Lobster Gunkanmaki.
Most of the raw sushi were ordered by Frank (you know, I don't eat raw meat except fresh oysters). And thanks to him, I spent more time snapping food photos rather than actually feeding my hungry little tummy. It's amazing how fast the guys ate, way too fast than I snap for sure! T_T
#5 Unidentified Fish Nigiri-zushi. I bet Frank knows it.
#6 Raw Salmon Nigiri-zushi, I guess? But the color looks pale though.
#7 Octopus Nigiri-zushi.
#8 Caviar Gunkanmaki.
#9 Tempura Prawn and Avocado Makizushi.
#10 Seaweed Gunkanmaki.
I love looking at what new restaurants you've been to. You should review Phat Burger next! :D
