
It's the Toowoomba Show Holiday today. I went to work like usual and came home early with the plan of visiting the showground somewhere around 5.30pm in the afternoon. But God knows why the sky got cloudy and started to rain when we were about to head out. My hope vanished and so we changed plan to have dinner at the Angelo's House instead, with extra 15% charges on our bills tonight, ouch!~

The interior...

Fruit Tingle - $14.90
Midori, Cointreau, Blue Curacao, Pineapple & Lemon Juice, and Grenadine. The cocktail tasted good. It's just that we didn't expect it to actually cost us that much.

Tuscan Lamb & Rosemary Pie - $21.90
Rich Shiraz flavored Lamb, rosemary and vegetable ragout in golden pastry served with potted jus. Tasty pie! The pastry was really crispy and the gravy went well with the pie too.

Chicken Michael Angelo - $25.90
Pan seared chicken breast, baked, topped with smoky bacon, mushroom, and port wine cream sauce. Very lovely and creamy dish but unfortunately the chicken breast was a bit rough and dry.

Chocolate Fudge Brownie - $9.90
Rich chocolate and nut brownie, served with slightly warm chocolate and vanilla bean ice-cream.
