Dinner at Highfields Tavern

Highfields Tavern

After months of separation, a bunch of us finally gathered together for a decent dinner at the Highfields Tavern. Honestly, we wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the sake of its $5 second meal. The long waits are killing us! Each and every time we visit the Christopher's Restaurant at Blue Mountain Hotel, we had to spend time waiting and kept on waiting, no exception for this one too.

Highfields Tavern

My 5 dollars meal...
Atlantic Salmon with baked pumpkin, tomato, and potato. Loved it!

Highfields Tavern

A sweet glass of Riesling to go with my boi's meal.

Highfields Tavern

It was some sort of seafood platter with fried calamari rings, fried shrimps, friend scallops, fried fish fillets and boiled prawns. - $24.95

Highfields Tavern

Bruers Bright - $3.50
The guys gave pretty positive feedback on this beer.

Dessert time! But I was just too full for the Crème Brûlée my boi ordered.

Highfields Tavern

I could only taste egg underneath that thick hard layer of caramel.
And one thing for sure, we had better Crème Brûlée during Christmas Eve last year.

Highfields Tavern

Oh man, this fella here really eat a LOT!!!
