Chinese New Year's Eve is the day where Chinese families or friends (if you're far away from your family like me and my friends here) gather under one roof for annual reunion dinner. It is commonly known as "除夕" or "年三十晚" among Chinese. On that very night, we've prepared a total of 8 main dishes, a dessert, and some Chinese New Year cookies for just the 6 of us! And the dishes were all fantastically D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S including the #1 Pork Maw Pepper Soup (猪肚汤) and #2 Spicy Prawn with Bamboo Shoot (竹笋虾仁) which are not shown in the photos below.

#3 Braised Pork Belly with Chinese Veggie (红烧肉) by Vera.

#4 Fried Rice Noodle (炒米粉) by Vera.

#5 Braised Chicken with Century Eggs (白切鸡) by Cynthia.

#6 Chinese-Style Steamed Fish (清蒸鱼) by me and my boi.

#7 Mapo Tofu (麻婆豆腐) by Candy.

#8 Stir Fried Mix Veggie (炒杂菜) by Vera.

Longan and Lychee Drinks for desserts.

Some butter cookies I made. It was my first time baking cookies and the outcome was pretty satisfying ;)

Getting ready for prayers when the clock strikes 12...

Groupie with a little bit of redness on each of us.
