年初一, first day of Chinese New Year. Huat ah!!! Haha, I wore the reddest piece in my wardrobe, a slim-fit flare dress I picked up during last-minute shopping. Red is good, consider it a bright, happy color that brings the wearer a sunny and bright future *fingers crossed* There are few other superstitions (good-luck traditions) my family practice on the first day of CNY, apart from wearing red, such as no washing hair and no sweeping or dusting in the house.
The agenda of the day: To visit Kevin and Veny's place aka "拜年".
Hello, shu shu (uncle) and ah yi (auntie). Mummy is still busy preparing, daddy's out...
And I'm hungry!!! Nom, nom, nom...
We got there earliest. Most of the food were ready, plated on the table. Muffins.
Chicken Curry with Potatoes.
Pizzas from Domino's.
Fried Noodles and many, many more delicacies.
The family's neighbors then joined the fun.
And the rest of the invited guests.
Mummies and babies bonding time. We were the only unmarried pair *shifty eyes*
You look grow tall liao hehehe
