Richmond's Farewell Steamboat Party

The farewell steamboat party for Richmond last night was really awesome. We had desserts together afterwards, then followed by some card games and Rummy til this early morning =p

Steamboat of the night with Chinese cabbage, water spinach, straw mushroom, baby corn, broccoli, pork slices, a variety of dumplings and more!

 

Thanks Cynthia for preparing two different type of soup bases for us. I really liked the chicken one, but unfortunately we had to give up on it due to the "cockroach incident" that happened when replacing the gas bottle =[
