The word "Potluck" hasn't appeared on my blog for quite a while... Lets see *digging blog archives* the last time was back in the beginning of this year, a farewell potluck for our two friends who went back to Malaysia for good. And today, after almost half a year, we finally made it happen again. It was a blissful dinner we had together with delicate dishes prepared by everyone of us.

Stir Fried Eggplant with Pork Mince in Chilli Garlic Sauce. A new recipe I picked up somewhere this afternoon and modified it a little bit.
Seaweed Soup with Fish Balls and Cuttlefish Balls.
For dessert, Double Chocolate Cake on special from Coles.
