It's Now or Never

Winter is approaching! Yay or nay? I have a love and hate relationship with cold weather. Love it as I would be able to wear them pretty winter coats and fluffy, furry stuff like these adorable pair of UGG boots I dug out of my shoerobe. Hate it 'cause it's such a pain to get out of my bed every morning, finding myself being wrapped up with layers and layers of clothes.

Randomness in My Life

Hey hey, what's everyone up to these days? Work has been keeping me busy, as usual and as always. My Project Trying-To-Lose-Weight-So-Can-Look-Good-In-Bikinis has officially begun!!! Oops, what have I just got myself into?! Announcing it loud and proud over my blog. There's no turning back for me now, is there? Haha xD

Not that I actually dare enough to wear bikinis and walk on the beach or anything, but the satisfaction and the confidence I gain when staring myself into the mirror. Moreover, winter is on its way. So let's just forget about the bikinis part and focus on the dieting and workouts.

I did a lot of shopping lately. It's my most favorite form of cardio, if shopping is ever counted as a workout. With the long Easter holiday weekend (which is just around the corner), I'm squeezing out every ounce of my brain juice trying to come out with a plan, a road trip or whatever possible to make sure that I make the most out of my free time, and I've planned nothing so far *facepalm*

My First UGG Bedouin Boots (Chestnut)

Yay to my very first pair of UGG boots, which I fervently welcomed into my shoedrobe on the first day of last Spring. Made out of genuine Australian premium sheepskin, bold stitching and soft shearling. Thank you soooooooooooo much, Mr. Choo *muackz*

Nice and Warm Weekend

First off, I got to sleep in yesterday (on a Friday morning) which is pretty awesome. Being well rested and refreshed, I drove myself to the city to settle a few things once and for all. I made a trip to the bank, the Queensland Transport, then picked up some ice-cream from my work place before visiting a friend's house. It felt incredibly awesome driving around in my new car (oops, my fingers just slipped, hahaha!!!) especially recently, the weather turns so nice and warm, so does my mood.

Jurlique Rose Moisture Plus: My New Facial Care

As tweeted, I woke up with a really stiff neck and shoulder this morning, which hurt very much like hell, if you were to ask me. This is probably due to all these stress and pressure I had been having lately. I barely slept well or enough when drilling myself to prepare for the IELTS test. Apart from that, my sleeping posture could also be a factor too, I guess. You wouldn't wanna find out how I sleep on the cold nights. Practically, I just wear two jackets, long pants, thick socks, snuggle and "hibernate" like a polar bear underneath three layers of blankets, yet still feeling cold.

Don't get me wrong though, we do have heaters at home, but I insisted not to use it 'cause of my skin condition. It itches so badly at this time of the year, especially my face, the skin gets so dry and starts peeling off on both my nose and cheek area. Winter is finally here! And I'm in a desperate dose of moisturizing facial care that works wonder. So I went shopping with Mr. Choo yesterday, we ended up buying the whole set of Jurlique Rose Moisture Plus *spoiled rotten* and received a complimentary gift set worth of $157!!! Ladies, you gotta love its gorgeous rosy smell ♥ 

Birthday Getaway Trip Day 1: Sunnybank and Brisbane

Here comes Mr. Choo's pre-birthday celebration cum weekend getaway to Brisbane and Gold Coast!!! We made sweet memories together, apart from being showered by an abundance of delicious meals, plushy accommodation, fabulous shopping goodies and so forth. The weather was exceptionally good as well after a rainy and freezing cold night.

My Itching Heart

I've got a confession to make today, I think... I am... addicted... to traveling!!! My heart has been constantly itching for trips ever since I came back from the Great Barrier Reef. It's addictive I must say! And recently, I saw a "Full-Day Guided Bus Tour of Stradbroke Island" deal online somewhere for just $39 *pulls hair and screams with madness* I seriously do not wish to miss out this super great deal. So I guess I better start off using my voodoo persuasive skills on Mr. Choo and try to convince some friends or travel buddies to join us too. You know, more people equals to more fun!

Update, update... There were so many things happened lately, both good and bad. But the past has already passed, I don't wanna waste any more time thinking or taking about the sh!tty things I've been through. All I wanna do now is to put up something nice here that would bring smile to my face and possibly yours too. Keep smiling!

I'm gonna teach you guys a little trick today. First, just find yourself a mirror, regardless it's in your bathroom, bedroom, or anywhere else. Then stare into the mirror in the darkened room lit only by a candle and repeat the name of something that you really wanted for three times. I say, " Louie, Louie, Louie..." A Louis Vuitton shall appear right in front of my eyes now! And yours too, LoL!!! Forgive my silly joke. I was kind of in the Halloween spirit, only seven more days to come.

Shopping for Spring

Outfit #1. Nice cutting and floral print (me like spring-feel dresses), but they ran out of my size. You should check out the back of this dress! Too bad that I can't show you here, cause the one I was wearing is actually one size smaller, couldn't zip it to the top =S

Outfit #2. Very slim-fitting! It not only shows your beautiful curves but also things underneath that shouldn't be shown. I've tried the one in red color before, remember? If only it came in thicker fabric, I'd definitely go for it.

Outfit #3. Love both the dressy top (style that I wanted to try for so long) and bottom, very elegant-looking. I only bought the pants since my BB complained about the color of the top doesn't really look good on me ='[

One thing I love about DKNY ladies watches, apart from its sparkling diamante accents and gorgeous looks, is that they (not sure if all of them are, but at least the three that I've got) do come with conveniently self-adjusting links to create your own size, anytime in just a snap of fingers!

I've got myself a pair of Lipstik Darva Stone Platform Sandal today. 

Beige color, surprisingly soft and comfy to wear as well ♥ 

It took me quite a while to search for the perfect platform sandals that meet my criteria in terms of price, color and quality. Most of them are either look good, considerably comfortable (or totally not), yet super expensive, or look good, not so expensive, but not comfortable at all. Well, this one here was simply love at first try!
