After using up more than 3 months, on and off posting about our 6N7D trip in Hong Kong. I finally decided to conclude it with some of the food we had and the stuff we did on our last day here. The vibe was relaxed, the schedule was loose... Our poor feet were so sore / blistered from walking around all day (since day 1) that they refused to walk any further.
Supper at Hui Lau Shan (许留山). Something tasty and good for skin, yet very filling.
Double-boiled Hasma with Egg White in Whole Coconut (燕窝椰皇炖雪蛤).
I remember us ordering a Double-boiled Egg White with Bird's Nest and Hasma (燕窝雪蛤炖蛋白) but there wasn't any pictures of it somehow. Maybe we just thought of ordering it but didn't actually make it in the end. Our tummies were bloated after dinner at Temple Street's Tak Kee Food Stall.
Sharing the dessert with my BB =]
Breakfast in the next morning... Fried Dough Sticks (油炸鬼).
Feeling unwell. So I ordered something plain for myself.
I felt sick as soon as we touched down in Penang.
Porridge with chicken and pig kidneys.
Unlike me, this healthy guy here had a generously portioned big breakfast!
Dried Wanton Noodle (干撈雲吞面) with six huge wantons! It's their standard size here I notice, but the taste was just alright, not as good as 桂记云吞面 at Hau Fook Street (厚福街).
We spent our last afternoon shopping in K11, got myself some L'occitane products (expensive but very well worth it, would stock up more definitely), before sitting down for a cooling refreshment.
Miso Cool Frozen Yogurt with Blueberries. Loved it berry berry much!
Our flight meals on the way flying back to Penang.
Spaghetti set which comes with a soft drink and a pack of biscuit.
Nasi Lemak, considerably the best among all others.
Night view of Penang prior landing. Home sweet home!
