Lipe Trip: Koh Rawi and Koh Hin Ngam at Tarutao National Park

Hey, hey! Happy Easter Monday everyone!!! *throws Easter eggs and chocolates*

Are you guys sick of my island post yet? I hope not シ 'cause what I'm about to do right now is to load you up with more and more of these images, until you get sick of it! LOL. Just kidding. I wouldn't go that far really. Just relax and enjoy scrolling them k?

Koh Hin-Ngam, the "Island of Beautiful Stones" is sometimes being referred as Koh Pulo. It's a small unique island offers no ordinary white sandy beach but small black stones attractively polished and shaped by the waves during monsoon season each year.

A friendly reminder to all potential visitors out there, please remember to keep your slippers on. Do not walk on the island barefoot, or else you would end up getting skin burn.

Black absorbs and emits heat better and faster, and I'm sure you know of that. So imagine laying your feet on those burning hot stones under the sun... Ouch!

Nice to see, nice to hold, but do not steal, from what I've been told.

According to local myth, every stone on this island is cursed and sheltered by The God Of Tarutao. Bad luck shall follow if they are taken away and will continue to haunt you until their return.

Note that little shrine and straw hut behind me. Tourists are constantly checked and asked to present their entrance ticket to Tarutao National Park here.

You'd be surprised by the coastline crowded with so, so many boats.

Managed to spot a "parking lot" and docked.

YAY! It's lunch + picnic time!!! We had lunch box with rice and some simple dishes.
There were also banana and sweet potato fritters for our sweet tooth.
