Dear all, I'm back from our 3D2N trip to
Byron Bay,
Hervey Bay, and
Fraser Island. Finally, a fun yet tiring trip has come to an end! I apologize if I had kept you waiting for so many days (4 days isn't really that long anyway, hehe). There are heaps and heaps of photos pending for me to deal with, I wish I could just share them all with you, like now? But, for the moment, let's just stick to our RiverFire Trip k? On the last night of our stay in Brisbane, we had a glorious seafood dinner at the
Landmark Chinese Restaurant in Sunnybank. The meals were superb and the female staff who served us was very friendly (overly friendly I'd say).
The baby abalone was only $5.80 each but they're a bit smaller than those we had in
Gold Coast last time.
三味拼盘: Roasted Duck (烧鸭), BBQ Pork (烧肉), and Roasted Pork (叉烧).
Me and the loving couple.
避风塘炒虾 (Spicy Fried Prawn with Chilli).
Waiting for the fish dish to come...
Stir Fried Fish Pieces, it was a Live Perch (鲈鱼) I guess.
We ordered abalone, duck, pork, prawn, fish, and what else?
Claypot Lamb Belly (羊腩煲).
Braised Tofu, soft inside and crispy outside.
Both my boi and I loved their dishes so much, very well cooked and delicious.
