It was drizzling a little that night when we drove to the city to take cab to Circular Quay. Some of you must be wondering why the hassle? The reason being, Mr. Choo thought that parking might be an issue since he's not familiar with that area.
After all the hustling and rustling, we arrived just in time to go on board and were warmly led to a window seat by the cruise members on top deck. All my worries vanished, like a flip of a switch as soon as the vessel started cruising.
Sydney Harbour's night view is enchanting ♥♡ Can't help falling for it over and over again.
These canapés were yummies *thumbs up*
#2. Pan fried scallop with pickled seaweed, seared tuna wasabi, soy mirin, salmon pearls.
Best combination ever!!!!!! I ♥ seaweed, I ♥ scallop, and I ♥ salmon.

#3. Duck confit pumpkin gnocchi.
Cheesy and lovely, but it's just too filling. Such a shame to not being able to finish the gnocchi.

Gold Dinner's menu. 7-course is a bit overwhelming for us ladies, don't you think? Not to mention those reds and whites they served to complement each course.
#4. Grilled baby lobster, beure blanc, micro herbs.
Proved to be every bit as tasty as it smelled.

#5. Seared aged Angus beef fillet, snow peas, olives, cherry tomatoes with veal jus.
Mr. Choo wanted his medium rare.
No beef or lamb for me, so I picked stuffed chicken with veggies for main and guess what? Everything on the plate turned out to be unexpectedly delicious. Both chicken and veggies were roasted to perfection with the right amount of tenderness and flavor. Umm, ummmm...!!!!!!
Thanks Mr. Choo, for the wonderful cruise dining experience and everything. I sincerely hope you will always, always keep in mind and heart all the words you promised me. Don't let them fly away.
