Stone Grill at The Cube Hotel Toowoomba: Good Friday Lunch Gathering

The cafe restaurant at the Cube Hotel offers a unique interactive dining experience where diners' meals are served cooking at the table on super-heated natural volcanic stones with high heat retention, which simply means stone grill, in short. We came here with another few friends of us for lunch this afternoon, and the meals we ordered weren't really expensive at all, even though it was a public holiday today!

I was so in the mood of preparing "Char Hor Fun" this afternoon, simply did it by sight and taste with the ingredients we have in the pantry.
