I'm writing this as if my nose was literally detached from my body right now. Since the past few days, I had to depend on either my mouth or saline and medicated nasal sprays to breathe through my nose. The most horrible thing is, the burning sensation in my nostrils each time after use, it's killing me! *teary eyes* Anyways, back to the topic, we left our footprints on the headland a couple of months ago, overlooking the 32 kilometres beautiful Main Beach of Stradbroke Island.
Its large and powerful waves attract board riders and body surfers during northerly winds.
Geez, my hair! It's necessary to tie them up before they got tangled up with each other.
The carefree and shorter-hair him.
Ready, steady, go... Uh oh... Me struggled hard to stand on one leg as the wind was really too fierce and nearly blown me away.
About time to head off for lunch...
In the afternoon, after surviving the North Gorge Walk, our tour guide took us for a little encounter with the wild kangaroos. They looked calm and cuddly from far.
Aww, see that joey (baby kangaroo) snuggling in his or her mother's pouch? So cute!!! <3
Eastern grey kangaroos boxing!!! Everybody was kung-fu fighting! Yee-haw~ ~ I know it's cruel but everyone (including us two) was watching and laughing out loud about it, thinking that maybe they were just being playful or trying to put on a show in front of humans.
Our final stop of the day before leaving Straddie. It was a local restaurant and bar (I forgot what the name was) we visited for afternoon tea.
Feeling zippy! All thanks to the chocolate cookies I had （#＾ω＾）
That's Mr. Choo with an ice-cold glass of Guinness Draught in his hand.
My cheap sunnies ;p
Good night! It's gonna be a hectic week ahead *bitter smile*
