Night View on Q1 Skypoint Observation Deck Gold Coast and Beach Front Markets

Have you ever spent hours sitting there watching as the sky changes colors? It was like seeing a flower bloom in spring after a long winter, timely and endearing at the same time.

I looked like a weather girl here, didn't I? ;p

As the sun went down, the market stalls slowly being set up along the beach side.

Waiting anxiously for the night skies to come.

Me and my BB. We were refrained from getting to the other side of the observation deck due to a private party going on. Well, that's a little turn off :-/

The breathtakingly beautiful cityscape of Gold coast after night falls.


Simply mesmerizing and definitely worth the wait.

I  wanted to take a ride but it didn't really happen in the end *eyes staring at Mr. Choo*

Two of us again.

There was this video camera in the elevator exposing the inner workings as we traveled up and down the tower. Super cool, right?! I know. Just like those images we usually saw in the games.

Our one-day passes are now belong to the trash bin.


Next destination — the beach front markets spread across the beachfront promenade.

We had a long stroll here before dinner. Niki bought a $30 beer bottle clock as a souvenir for her friend in Hong Kong. Oh yeah, it was a perfect place to shop for souvenirs, especially for tourists. 

"It's not easy being the cutest in the world", printed on a baby singlet. How adorable!
