Asian Cooking's The Best

Asian Cooking: Girls Cooking

The night after we had an abundant western-style dinner over my friend's place, straight away we planned for the second which took place on the following night. But this time around, it's Asian cooking!

Asian Cooking: Roasted Beef Pot

Roasted Beef Pot and Stir Fried Water Spinach (Kangkung) made by Belinda.
My boi loved the beef dish so much.

Asian Cooking: Braised Chicken

Braised Chicken with Ginger, prepared by me and my boi. It took us quite a lot of time and effort to steam the 2.5 kg chicken thighs. As for the Lotus Root and Peanut Soup, I used 3 hours to boil the soup together with bacon bones, red dates and wolfberries. And I'm so glad that everyone seemed pretty satisfied with the outcomes :)

Asian Cooking: Stir Fried Chicken with Capsicum

Stir Fried Chicken with Capsicum and Black Bean. A lovely dish prepared by Beverly with the guidance of Belinda. Her Stir Fried Cabbage with Dried Shrimp was very well-cooked too. *thumbs up*

Asian Cooking: Xin Jiang Zhua Fan

Pollo / Pulao (新疆抓饭). A famous Xin Jiang dish made of rice mixed with carrots, onions and chunks of lamb (stir fried with a lot of oil). Thanks to Fiona for making us this "new" dish.

Asian Cooking: Dinner Gathering

Now, we shall start picking up the dining tools and eat like hungry ghosts!
LoL~ everyone was starving already...

P.S. Thanks Li San for the Red Bean Soup and everyone else for having us for dinners and parties ^^
