Chap Goh Meh: Special Lunch


Pig Kidney Soup with Egg and Ginger Slices

All of the ingredients I used for today's lunch are gathered from "Jasmine Asian", the newly opened Asian grocery shop in Toowoomba. Usually, we don't get to buy any pork kidneys and pork livers in this small town but yesterday we finally found them! So here it is, the ღ Pork Kidney Soup with Egg and Ginger Slices ღ I prepared for the very first time.

Spicy Deep Fried Fish

Stir Fried Chinese Broccoli with Seasoned Tofu

ღ Stir Fried Chinese Broccoli (Kai Lan) with Seasoned Tofu (Bean Curd) ღ

P.S. Happy "Chap Goh Meh" and "元宵节" to my dearest family and friends. And ladies, don't forget to throw mandarin oranges (抛柑) tonight  and married a good man this year! xD
