Chinese New Year's Eve: Reunion Dinner 2009

Reunion Dinner 2009
  • Pork Dumplings (猪肉白菜饺子)
  • Sweet & Sour Fish (糖醋鱼)
  • Stir Fried King Prawns with Scallops, Black Fungus, Snow Peas, Carrots, Baby Corns, Straw Mushrooms, and Chinese Black Mushroom (八星高照)
  • Chinese Herbal Chicken Soup with Black Fungus (黑木耳枸杞鸡汤)
  • Steamed Silken Tofu with Minced Pork (肉碎蒸豆腐)
  • Marinated Cucumber with Seaweed & Egg (凉拌青瓜)
  • Fried Groundnuts (油炸花生米)

Reunion Dinner 2009: The Ingredients

I spent the whole night cracking my head, thinking what to cook, and what ingredients should be used in each individual dish last night. The next day (which is today), I started to prepare the ingredients and every other thing needed since 3 something in the afternoon.
