I was supposed to be working this morning, but somehow Cloe replied my call before I dress up to work, saying that she'd be able to replace my morning shift. I felt very happy indeed, as I could spend my whole day celebrating my boi's birthday with him. Please don't be shocked when seeing so many birthday posts in my blog, we have 3 "May Stars" alone in this house.
As we grow older, our memories fade inevitably... I wish to keep them here, just between you and me... My beautiful diary...

Kids Zoo is a mini zoo opened for not only kids but everyone to hand-feed the baby animals, such as piglets, goats, sheep, and others. Each pack of the animal food costs only 50 cent. Which means, you'll get to enjoy being licked by them with just a small amount of money, LoL!

Alex's 23rd Birthday Celebration

It was around quarter to 5 when we reached the final destination — Pizza Hut. As we entered the front door, the atmosphere was really quiet, and we merely saw any customers in there. Then, I approached the counter person (a very unfriendly female staff), and asked if the "dine-in" area is available at the moment. Although, I can't quite remember what she said, but my interpretation was that the "dine-in" area is closing at 5 p.m. (which is what I though I heard). I wanted to confirm whether my understanding is correct or not, but her "I-despise-you-Asians" attitude simply made me don't feel like talking to her again.

As mentioned in my previous post, today is the 23rd birthday of my ex-collegemate aka housemate, Alex. Together with the birthday boy, we had a walk to this branch of Pizza Hut located on the corner of Ruthven Street and Stenner Street. Along the way to the final destination, I spent my time snapping photos, while the two of them were having an interesting talk about the cheesy Singapore comedy — Ah Long Ptd Ltd 《老师嫁老大》. My boi has watched it twice, and nearly memorize most of the funny lines.

Last night, my friend told me that he'll be going down to Sunnybank, Brisbane for groceries, as he always does. My first reaction was to ask him buy Crispy Roasted Pork / Seow Bak / Siu Yuk / 烧肉 for me, cause my boi really loves eating "Seow Bak".

My boi had a haircut today at Price Attack, he's now looking so much better with his short hair (at least that's what I think). Still, I feel awkward looking at his new haircut. Haha, just ignore me! After visiting the hair salon, we spent our leisure time doing groceries and shopping in the city as I only have one "free day" for it each and every week. While we were doing groceries in Coles, all of a sudden, my boi requested me to prepare "Nasi Lemak" for the dinner tonight. So here it is, the "Nasi Lemak" I've prepared for my dearest boi boi.

Ladies and gentlemen, lets get rid of everything in Sea World and take a deep breath with me now. It's time for us to travel all the way from Gold Coast to the Australia Zoo - Home of The Crocodile Hunter which is located in Sunshine Coast. It was 2 weeks ago, on Saturday 10/05/08, when my university organized a trip to this place.

Sea World: Dugongs Discovery (美人鱼)

In my previous few posts, I had brought you a series of marvelous attractions in Gold Coast's Sea World, such as the Fish Detectives Sea Lion Show (Part I & Part II), Shark Bay (Part I & Part II), Penguin Point, Polar Bear Shore, as well as many other random photos taken in the theme park.
This time around, I'm gonna give you a sneak peek at the legendary Dugong (English) / 美人鱼 (Chinese) / Duyung (Malay), which is also known as "sea cow", "sea pig" or "sea camel". Dugong is the only strictly-marine herbivorous mammal, and the majority of these large marine mammals live in the northern waters of Australia between Shark Bay and Moreton Bay. Today, you're lucky enough to "witness" them right in front of you naked eyes!

Oh-my-god, my 23rd birthday is just around the corner!!! I wouldn't wanna believe that I'm actually turning 23 when the clock strikes 12 midnight tonight. Aww, there is only a couple of hours left for me to enjoy being 22. Anyway, due to the shortage of time, I've prepared a kissing booth for those who come to my blog with empty hands. So just leave me one gentle kiss, will ya? or just simply kiss the kangaroo next to me =P
P.S. There'll be updates on my birthday celebration tomorrow, remember to come back and check it out! *muackz* Happy Birthday, Christina!!! Wee...

Even though, I'm far, far way from my family back in Malaysia. Still, I could feel the warmest Mother's Day celebration here with my dearest colleagues, Benny and his family. They have been kind and helpful to me all the time. I'm grateful to be part of the team, million thanks to Benny, Sally, and everyone who attended the gathering!

Finally, I'm back from the Australia Zoo - Home of the Crocodile Hunter with tons and tons of great photos but I'm not gonna post any of them at the moment. Just last night, I realized that the file size of those photos I uploaded to my Flickr account are actually bigger than the original ones before uploading. I don't know why but I decided to change to Photobucket instead of using Flickr from now on.

As promised in my last post, here comes the second part of the Fish Detectives Sea Lion Show. There were more than 40 shots taken throughout the performance of these sea lions. If I were to have a video camera or longer battery life, I would've made a recording and bring it "live" to you just the way it's supposed to be. As for now, the best I can do is to create 4 separate animations (GIFs) for you. Have fun watching the show!
Synopsis: ‘Big Al Baloney’ rules the wharf and operates his fish store ‘Alota Baloney’ making big profits by depleting the harbours fish supply. The time has come for ‘Detective Sam Sweetlip’ and his dedicated team of crime fighting sea lions to band together to bring ‘Baloney’ to justice and save the fish in the harbour.
*Note: Please watch the animated GIF one by one to avoid dizziness.

Just next to Captain Cook's Endeavour (the pirate ship), there is a pool where you get to play with those lovely dolphins. But of course, you'd have to pay for it and the price is not cheap though.

Gathering: Seafood Dinner
By the time you get to read this, we're probably halfway reaching Sea World, one of the best theme parks in Gold Coast, Australia. By the way, it would be my first time trying out the latest feature of blogger.com called "Scheduled Post Publishing". I had thought of suggesting such an idea to them earlier last year, but somehow they already released the new feature in April of this year.

My most favorite photo of the day would the last shot, the colors of the autumn sky was amazingly beautiful and captivating. So, which of them is your favorite? And if you have something to comment about, just drop me a line, thanks!

Have ever had an experience, in which all of the filenames under filmstrip and thumbnails view gone missing or disappeared all in a sudden? You were cracking your head, trying so hard to find out what was going on. Then, you started to think that perhaps your system was infected by some kind of Trojan horse or worm. Oh-My-God, what should I do now? Do I need to re-install or even re-format my hard drive?! The answer is "NO", all you need to do is just follow the instruction below...
