Earth Hour 2008 : Fight Against Global Warming!

Earth Hour 2008

Do you care enough about global warming to take action? If you do, please kindly sign up with me now for Earth Hour 2008. Basically, all you need to do is just turning off your lights for one hour at 8 p.m. on this coming March 29th. Earth Hour 2007 used to be a Sydney event but in the year of 2008, Earth Hour has become a global movement. Please bare in mind that...

“Turning the lights off for Earth Hour is a great first step, but if you really want to see a difference, then make Earth Hour part of your everyday life.”

P.S. Thanks Alex for the valuable information and video clip of Earth Hour 2008.

  1. Just wondering have you ever watch "An inconvenient truth" before? that is a great documentary film and it will provide you will a quick look & knowledges about global warming...

anyway, there are also others ways to reduce CO2 and protect our world.

Example, I use my own Green grocery bags instead of plastic bags every time i do shopping or grocery. Also, recycle whatever that is possible.

Do you know that checking your car from time to time also will help? there's seriously, a lot of ways to do it. Choose what you feel comfortable & convenience to you then stick to it as a habit...

You are such a kind girl~~ thx for raising the awareness again!!

    Let' go GREEN..

Thanks, Beverly! I never watch that film before though, but we do use green bags for groceries here. They hardly give u plastic bags to carry things unless u request for one.

Thank you once again for sharing the extra tips! *cheers*
