Biscuit Based Cheesecake

How to Bake a Cheesecake: Biscuit Base
  1. Empty contents of bicsuit base mix sachet into a bowl.
  2. Add 90g (4 1/2 tbsp) melted margarine spread or soft butter and mix with a metal spoon to combine.
  3. Press the mixture firmly over the base and 5cm up the sides of a 20cm round springform pan.
  4. Refrigerate while preparing filling.

How to Bake a Cheecake: Cheese Filling
  1. Place 375ml (1 1/2 cups) of milk into a large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the filling mix over the milk.
  3. Using an electric mix on low speed for 30 seconds to combine.
  4. Increase speed to high and mix for 2 minutes until thick.
  5. Spread filling into biscuit base and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
For extra flavoring, you may spread a thin layer of blueberry fudge / jam / puree /paste on top of the cheesecake.
