Wonderful Dinner

Hehe, this would be my 1st attempt at cooking chicken drumstick in sweet chilli sauce but it turns out to be so nice =P glad that my boi really enjoyed it. I think there'll be a great improvement in my cooking skill since I'm cooking here everyday and it's gonna last for another 1 year =x

So, if there's any recipe that you would like to share with me, please do advise me as I'm running outha idea for me & my boi's daily meals >.<" Recently, we've been busy with our assignments. We gonna pay a visit to Australia's largest & most traditionally designed Japanese stroll garden which belongs to USQ.

These are the photos I've taken yesterday right after the cleaners cleaned our whole unit except the bedrooms. They only come once every fortnight, that's also when we're required to pay for our room rents. As for the last few shots, we took them while walking to our uni for class in the evening.

It's currently 12 degree out there, not really feeling that cold inside our room especially with a heater on plus the effect of the curry chicken we had for dinner just now. Hehe, it's time for laundry now! Catch up with y'all soon!

Porridge + 辣腐乳

Raining season has finally came to an end after a long wearing week. It was slightly hot this morning when I first wake up, feeling good in such a bright & sunny day =D Another thing to feel relief about is... I've finally passed up my assignment last night with no regret cause I really did try my best to answering every single one of the question & exercise.

I'm doing great here in Toowoomba, as u can see on the above =P That's me & my boi's yummylicious dinner! Mixed porridge which contains minced mushrooms, ham, carrots, & beans served with preserved chilli bean curds (辣腐乳). Isn't it suitable for a chilling night?

I miss my family so much especially my mom & sis. They went for birthday celebration in Han Nan Town @ Port Swettenham, Penang without me *sob sob* How I miss those delicious local food in Penang >.<"

Life in Australia

Yay, finally get our own internet connection at home!~ Now I can spend more time online, blogging, blah blah blah... but most important thing is to keep in touch with my dearest friends & family =D

It has been raining for the pass 2 days, this would be the 3rd time raining ever since I'm here in Toowoomba. I'm so glad that I've finally recovered from flu & sore throat after consuming a total of 250ml Bisolvon Chesty (oral liquid that breaks down mucus & helps clear the chest).

Hehe, just had a big bowl of 番薯糖水(sweet potatoes) with my boi, 3rd time cooking this dessert but already get bored with the flavor =_=" At the bottom, there are photos of some dishes I've cooked previously. As for those photos posted on the above, they were taken during Miss Indy Competition in USQ Club last week.
