Shaperobics & Yogarobics


Last Sunday, I went for my second class of workouts with my sis and Nick. We attended Shaperobics instead of Yogarobics, as what I've told to you previously, with only RM50 monthly you'll get to enjoy the gym's facilities (unlimited usage) as well as unlimited functional workouts like

  • Aerobics
  • Shaperobics
  • Yogarobics
  • Fit Latino
  • Tae Bo
  • Body Toning




  • Make use of tower & chair, movement are slow but gentle.

  • Effective & efficient.

  • Enhance the curve of body line.

  • Target on hidden fats.

  • Trim & tone the waist, abs & legs.

  • Wrong way of grabbing the tower might slash the effect down to half.


  • Movements are slow but emphasize on stretching of body, relaxing of mind & correct breathing. Combine with 15 to 20 minutes of cardio exercise.

  • Effectively stretch the body & enhances the curve of the body line.

  • Relief tension of body & mind.

  • Improve blood circulations.

  • Inflexible individuals might need time to catch-up.
